Ed

This is Ed. He is the kind of friend we all hope to find and keep in our lives. I met him in the 7th grade in Houston, Texas. We performed "My Love is Alive" by Gary Wright in our school's annual talent show. He sang lead and played bass. I sang harmony and played guitar. We didn't win but we set the stage for a friendship that will last a lifetime.

Love the story behind this one!

Thanks Wildside. Writing is harder than drawing for me. And with Ed, there are so many stories there its hard to choose one! Thanks for keeping me company here...

I hope you don't mind, but I think I'm going to have to create a link to find you more easily instead of paging thru blogger's shared interests! (as I don't do facebook -- as yet)

I mean it. I loved this story. You probably hear this a lot: You've got talent. But I'm curious. Are you an architech?

(Can't seems to spell today, sorry if that's wrong, but I think you'll understand what I'm trying to ask...)

Sorry, being a bit blogger chatty of late -- up to no good. LOL

I think yes, you must be an architect -- first because of the style of your artwork, but then looking again at your profile I see architecture as one of your interests -- so guessing I'm correct!

You don't need to answer. But I do like your art.

Thanks Wildside. Yes, you are right - I studied architecture and have a small practice in Camden, Maine. Just curious - what do you see in my art that gives it away? Do you see it in the portraits or just the Urban sketches?

Cheers!
